ICM Medical Group's Wellness Program offers a holistic approach to improving health and achieving weight loss, equipping participants with the essential tools, support, and knowledge for sustained well-being. The program includes the use of a compounded GLP-1 medication,
tirzepatide, which contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the brand names Mounjaro® and Zepbound®, or semaglutide, which contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) as the brand names Ozempic® and Wegovy®.
Initial Consultation
Assessment of overall health, weight, and any underlying conditions that could affect the wellness and weight loss journey. Detailed conversation about the diet, exercise habits, and any previous weight loss attempts. Creation of a foundation for success, ensuring that the client feels informed, supported, and motivated as they begin their wellness and weight loss journey.
Wellness & Weight Loss Program
After a thorough clinical evaluation and a comprehensive review of test results, the client embarks on a journey in the wellness and weight loss program. We will design a personalized plan tailored to the patient’s specific needs. Once the plan is established, the client enters the wellness program, including weekly tirzepatide or semaglutide injections. This medication plays a crucial role in managing appetite and supporting weight loss.

Medications:
Compounded GLP-1 medications are doctor-prescribed medications that contain the same API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) as name brand GLP-1 medications, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Ozempic®, and Wegovy®.

Compounded GLP-1 medications may be prescribed based on your personal weight loss needs. If your insurance denies name brand GLP-1 coverage or there is a drug shortage for your name brand medication, then you can pursue compounded GLP-1 medication options.

Any of our compound GLP-1 medication prescribed comes exclusively from highly regulated pharmacies.
